Prices & additional charges
The product page and final order review show the applicable currency and total payable, including applicable taxes, standard shipping and import duties/taxes. No additional delivery or import payment is due on arrival.
Payment methods & timing
Credit card payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Checkout shows the methods actually available. Payment is taken when checkout is completed.
Checkout expiry
Complete payment before the expiry shown at checkout. An unpaid checkout does not form an order.
Changes, cancellation & returns
Items are made to order. After payment, we do not accept changes, cancellations, returns or exchanges for change of mind. See Shipping & returns for faulty or missing goods. Your statutory rights are not limited.
Production & delivery estimates
Estimated production: 2 calendar days after payment.
- Japan: 6–8 business days.
- China: 5–10 business days (provisional estimate).
- United States: 8–10 calendar days.
- United Kingdom: 8–10 business days. Germany and France: 6–10 business days.
Transit estimates start at dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs and carrier delays may affect delivery; arrival dates are not guaranteed.
