Terms of use
These terms govern the use of WE DREW IT and the rights and obligations between users and the operator.
Updated · 2026-09-11
Article 1 — Scope
These terms apply to the online drawing, collaborative creation, artwork export, replay, sharing-material generation and made-to-order T-shirt services provided by WE DREW IT (the “Service”).
Article 2 — Use of the Service
Users must follow the processes shown on the site to create or join rooms, produce artwork and place orders. Certain functions may be used without registration; anonymous use does not guarantee permanent storage of artwork.
Article 3 — Private links and collaboration
Invitation links, participant-slot information and recovery information may function as access credentials. Users must manage them appropriately and must not disclose them to third parties without the consent of the relevant participants. Users are responsible for obtaining any consent required among participants for editing, publishing, sharing or manufacturing the artwork.
Article 4 — Artwork and intellectual property
Rights in artwork remain with its creators or other lawful rights holders. Users permit the operator to store, synchronise, display, export and replay artwork, and to generate sharing materials and manufacture ordered products, solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service. Users must ensure that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.
Article 5 — Product orders
An order is formed when the customer reviews the artwork, product, colour, size, quantity, price and delivery terms on the final confirmation screen and completes payment. The operator may contact the customer before production if information needed to fulfil the order is incomplete.
Article 6 — Prohibited conduct
Users must not infringe copyright, trademarks, image rights or privacy; submit illegal, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or child-exploitation content; gain unauthorised access, bypass access controls, impose an abnormal load on the Service; or disclose another person’s private link or artwork without permission.
Article 7 — Interruptions and data retention
The Service may be interrupted or restricted for maintenance, failures, security measures, force majeure or other operationally necessary reasons. Anonymous artwork is retained only for the period shown on the site. Users should download and retain copies of important artwork.
Article 8 — Changes and governing law
If these terms are amended due to changes in the Service or applicable law, the amended terms and their effective date will be published on the site. Material changes affecting user rights will be announced in advance by reasonable means. These terms are governed by Japanese law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply.
